Our behind-the-scenes work continues because the large projects, in the medium and long term, do not stop, and all players in the naval industry continue to design and construct new and increasingly modern interiors and furnishings for cruise ships and yachts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities are bustling in our workshops<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our laboratories and workshops, with all the necessary precautions and strict safety protocols, we continue to give shape and life to the major projects of naval interiors and furnishings associated with prestigious contracts. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.navalinterior.it\/en\/naval-interior-evolution\/\">second production line<\/a>, related to materials integrated into the furnishings, such as iron, is in full swing, and using high-performance tools and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.navalinterior.it\/en\/naval-interior-and-industry-4-0\/\">Industry 4.0<\/a> techniques allows us to optimise time and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, we observe with interest what is happening around us and involving the major naval and cruise companies for which our clients operate. These large companies are proposing different solutions to address the ongoing and evolving changes and enable all their ships to equip themselves to meet protocols that will allow travellers to enjoy a cruise in complete safety in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Princess Cruises to Royal Caribbean: Between Halts and Innovations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princess.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Princess Cruises<\/a> has decided to halt all cruise ships with U.S. homeports until March 31 to develop a safety plan meeting U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention standards. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carnival.com\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carnival Cruise<\/a> Line suspended navigation and cancelled cruises in U.S. waters in February and March. On the other hand, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.royalcaribbean.com\/ita\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Royal Caribbean<\/a>, which has already developed anti-Covid protocols, has launched an original idea to test them in preparation for the examination required by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: volunteers on simulated cruises to test equipment and protocols. Over 20,000 people have volunteered for a free cruise between Miami and CocoCay, Royal&#8217;s private island in the Bahamas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For our part, we are committed to providing the utmost of our experience and craftsmanship combined with technical production innovations to contribute to creating more floating wonders.
